Oval Cartouche Scrollwork Crest

A blank oval shield cradled in a nest of curling scrolls — a crest waiting to be crowned. At the heart of this ornament sits a smooth, slightly domed oval cartouche, deliberately left plain so you can engrave a monogram, date, or family initial. Framing it, a pair of mirrored C-scrolls sweep up and outward like ram's horns, each tipped with a little beaded curl, while feathery acanthus leaves peel away from the sides. Below, the whole thing rests on a low, symmetrical spread of scrolled foliage that widens the base and gives it a grounded, crown-like stance.
