Description

A softly convex panel with a gently rippling, wave-cut bottom edge. This one is deliberately minimal — a smooth, shallow-curved face (shown split into an upper strip and a larger main section) that bows outward like a length of barrel-front moulding, finished along its lower border with a single flowing S-curve scallop. There is no ornament here, and that is the point: it reads as a clean blank — a curved valance or pelmet front, a decorative apron under a shelf or cabinet, a plain fascia strip, or a base panel waiting for your own carving, lettering or vinyl. The subtle outward curve gives it a soft, upholstered look rather than a flat board, and the wavy hem keeps the bottom line from feeling severe. Cut / print notes • Best cut as a shallow 3D relief or a simple curved profile on a CNC router — a large ballnose finishing pass keeps the convex face glassy-smooth. • The wavy lower edge is a clean profile/contour cut; leave small tabs to hold the piece until the final pass. • If 3D printing, lay the curved face upward and use plenty of perimeters so the smooth surface sands and primes without pinholes. • An ideal base to personalise — engrave a name, add applied moulding, or paint and distress it to match existing cabinetry before installation.
