Fan-Rosette Cartouche Wall Panel

A grand vertical cartouche that dresses a plain surface in old-world ceremony. This carved panel is built around a tall rectangular border of interlocking C-scrolls and stepped Greek-key corners, capped top and bottom with a fluted shell crest.
