Description
A slender wyrm rears from its perch, wings half-furled and jaws lifted. Despite the workshop code, DG 016 is a fully sculptural dragon: a long serpentine neck ridged with spines climbs to a horned, frilled head, while membranous bat-wings sweep back from a lean, scaled body. It grips a bare branch with taloned feet, its tail curling down to the open oval ring that forms the display base. The pose is alert and skyward — more heraldic guardian than lumbering beast. This is a display figure for fantasy collectors, D&D and tabletop gamers, or anyone building a shelf of mythic creatures. Print notes: • Resin (SLA/DLP) is strongly recommended — the wing membranes, neck spines and finger-thin talons need the resolution. • Expect a supported print: tree supports under the wings, chin and the outstretched forelimb, kept light on the wing faces. • Orient tilted back so the undersides of the wings and the branch clear cleanly, and hollow the body to save resin. • Cure fully before freeing it from the base ring; the thin wing edges stay brittle until post-cured. Prime grey, then a bronze or verdigris drybrush turns it into a convincing bookshelf sentinel; leave it raw for a classic tabletop mini.
