Western Dragon Display Figurine

A classic western dragon caught mid-snarl, all sinew and spread wing. Despite the workshop-style code on its label, this file is a fully sculpted fantasy dragon rather than any router panel. It stands square on four clawed feet, its long neck arching up into a broad, frilled and horned skull. The jaws hang open around a cluster of curved fangs, and the segmented throat runs down to a ribbed, plated underbelly. One membranous, bat-ribbed wing sweeps out and back while the near wing tucks close, the leathery skin stretched between visible finger-bones. The whole surface has a soft, hand-sculpted quality that takes drybrushing and washes beautifully. It is built for the display shelf and the game table alike: a centrepiece boss for a D&D or fantasy skirmish night, a paint-project for hobbyists, or simply a menacing ornament. Scale it down to sit alongside 28-32mm heroes, or blow it up as a large statement piece. Print notes • Resin/SLA gives the sharpest fangs, wing webbing and belly plates; FDM at larger scale works well for a paintable display model. • Expect to support the outstretched wing, the jaw and the underside of the neck — tree supports with light contact points keep the membrane clean. • Orient tilted with wings angled off the plate to avoid a support forest across the face. • Hollow with drain holes for resin to save material on bigger prints, and cure fully before priming.
