Description
A stout little dragon caught mid-prowl, wings half-mantled and horns curled like a ram's. This is a full sculpted creature, not a panel: a four-legged dragon hunched low on splayed clawed feet, weight forward as though about to pounce. Two heavy ram-style horns coil back from a blunt, scaly head, a serrated frill runs down the neck and spine, and the leathery bat wings arch up and outward with clearly ribbed membranes. The long tail sweeps around and ends in a spiked club, adding a nice sense of motion to the pose. Surface texture is rough and pebbled — reptilian hide rather than smooth polish. It lands squarely in tabletop territory: a D&D or fantasy wargaming monster, a painter's practice piece, or a small desk guardian for dragon lovers. Print notes • Resin is the way to go for the scale texture, frill teeth and wing veins. • The outstretched wings and raised head want supports — angle the model nose-down slightly and keep supports off the face and wing tops. • Consider splitting the wings at the shoulder for cleaner membranes, then pinning them back. • 28–32mm scale works for gaming; blow it up to 100mm+ for a display centrepiece. Prime grey, then glaze the scales and dry-brush the horn ridges.
