Description

A snarling dragon-kin bust hauling itself up out of the rock. Whatever the filename suggests, the image is unmistakably a fantasy creature bust. A lean, muscular reptilian humanoid rears up from a broken stone mound, its long crocodilian skull thrown wide in a roar that shows a full set of ragged teeth and a lolling tongue. Backswept horns sweep off the head, jagged spines jut from the shoulders, and the sinewy torso tapers into wiry arms that end in wickedly clawed, three-fingered hands gripping the rocky outcrop. The sculpt is all tension and threat, frozen mid-lunge. This is aimed squarely at tabletop gamers and miniature painters. It works as a display bust on a shelf or painting stand, a menacing centrepiece for a D&D or fantasy skirmish table, or a boss-monster reveal to slam down in front of your players. The pre-integrated rocky base means it stands on its own without extra scenery. Print notes • Resin/SLA is the way to capture the teeth, claws and skin folds; FDM will soften the fine detail • Expect supports under the open jaw, the reaching claws and the shoulder spines; orient tilted back to protect the face • Hollow the body and add drain holes to save resin on a larger display size • Prints happily at 32mm tabletop scale or blown up to 75mm+ as a paint-focused bust; a coat of grey primer will show off every muscle before you paint
