Feng Shui Wealth Dragon Sculpture

An imperial dragon rears from a bank of rolling clouds, guarding a heap of coins and a brimming pot of fortune. This is a full round sculpture rather than a flat CNC panel. The serpentine dragon coils upward with a whiskered, horned head, a flowing mane and clawed limbs gripping a slender vertical rod tipped with a pearl. Its scaled body twists back on itself and flares into a fan-like tail. Beneath it, the base is a mass of stylised cloud scrolls, stacked round coins and a rounded pot or ingot, the classic vocabulary of a feng shui wealth and prosperity dragon. It is made to be a standout desk or altar piece, a shelf centrepiece or a gift for someone opening a business or celebrating Lunar New Year. Viewed in the round, every side offers something, so give it space to be seen from all angles. Print notes: • Treat this as a resin (SLA) print for the scale of detail in the face, whiskers and coin work; FDM will blur the finer scales. • Print upright with supports under the chin, whiskers, outstretched claws and the overhanging tail. • Hollow the body and add drain holes to save resin and reduce cupping. • Consider splitting the cloud base from the figure for a cleaner print and easier supporting. • Prime, then paint in jade, bronze or gold, or leave in a single stone tone for a carved-statue look.
