Low-Poly Winged Dragon Figure

A dragon reduced to sharp planes and faceted edges, wings thrown wide in a low-poly roar. The model is a bipedal dragon standing upright and front-facing, chest out and arms spread. Every surface is built from flat triangular facets — the crested, spiky head, the ridged spine, the clawed hands and feet, and a spike-tipped tail all rendered in that crisp geometric style. Print notes • The faceted style is forgiving — FDM in a single colour looks fantastic, and the flat facets need little to no sanding. • Print with the feet and tail on the bed; the outstretched wings will need supports underneath, so use tree supports to keep the undersides clean. • A satin or metallic filament really sells the angular surfaces; a light contrast wash into the facet seams adds depth. • Scale up for a statement display piece or down to around 32 mm for tabletop use — check wing thickness before shrinking so the thin panels stay printable.
