Horned Dragon Skull Band

Sharp, angular and unmistakably fierce, this piece mounts a low-poly beast skull as the centrepiece of a bold curved band. The skull is built from faceted planes — a crested brow splitting into a symmetrical spread of swept horns that fan up and outward, hollow angular eye sockets, and a long tapering snout that drops down over the band with a ridged, bony muzzle. Print notes • Resin is the natural choice here: it captures the crisp facet edges and fine horn tips that FDM tends to round off. • If printing FDM, orient the band curve-up and add supports beneath the horns and the projecting snout; expect the horn points to be fragile, so handle post-print with care. • Check the band's inner diameter against ring or cuff sizing before you commit — scale the whole model to fit the wearer or the display base. • A dark metallic paint with a silver or bronze dry-brush over the facets really sells the carved-bone look.
