Winged Demon Boss Miniature

A winged demon planted on its base, wings spread wide and horns curling back. Despite the CNC label, the render is unmistakably a tabletop-scale creature miniature, not a routed panel. A lean, muscular figure stands square on a round plinth: a single curved horn sweeps from the brow, spiked pauldrons flare at the shoulders, and a scaled loincloth hangs from a knotted belt over powerful digitigrade legs that end in splayed clawed feet. A long ribbed tail snakes down behind one leg to the base, and the two great wings, ridged and membranous like a bat's, arch out to fill the frame. This is aimed at RPG and wargame players, painters, and collectors: a boss monster or greater fiend for a fantasy encounter, a shelf display bust, or a centrepiece for a diorama. Standing tall with that wingspan, it also holds up as a pure statement piece once painted. Those thin wings and the reaching arms need thought before you hit print. Print notes • Resin is the right call for the wing membranes and the fine musculature; the wide, thin wings will need generous supports and are best printed slightly angled to reduce suction and warping. • Consider splitting the wings from the torso at the shoulder if your plate is small, then pinning them after cure. • Print at 32mm heroic scale for gaming, or scale up to 100mm-plus for a display model. • Prime dark, then work warm skin tones over the body and translucent glazes on the wings to make them read as living membrane.
