Horned Fae Maiden Bust

A horned maiden caught mid-daydream, eyes softly closed. This is a stylised character bust of a fantasy fae or young demoness. Long hair sweeps dramatically to one side in thick ribboned locks, framing a smooth heart-shaped face with large closed lids, a small button nose and a gentle, knowing smile. A pair of curved horns rise from her brow and her ears taper to delicate points. The sculpt is cut as a bust at the shoulders and bare chest, in the clean, rounded style of a collectible display piece rather than a game miniature. It suits shelf and cabinet display, and it makes an excellent painting-practice subject — the broad smooth planes of the face and hair reward blending, glazes and freehand work. Print notes • Resin (SLA/DLP) is strongly recommended here; FDM will struggle with the smooth face and fine hair edges. • Support under the chin, the horn tips and the swept overhang of the hair; a slight backward tilt keeps supports off the face. • Hollow the bust and add a drain hole to save resin on larger prints. • The trailing hair strands are the most fragile part — cure fully before cleanup and handle them gently.
