Description

A horned fiend standing with its leathery wings thrown wide. The product code belies what this actually is: a full standing fantasy character, not a routed panel. A lean, muscular humanoid demon faces forward, a pair of long curved horns sweeping back from its brow and slicked hair trailing behind. Broad membranous bat-wings, ribbed with finger-bones, spread symmetrically to either side, and the arms end in slender, pointed claws. It wears only a simple loincloth, and stands flat-footed in a grounded, imposing pose. It is built for the display cabinet or the game table — a boss monster for a tabletop campaign, a gothic shelf statue, or a painting project for fans of demons, gargoyles and dark fantasy. Print notes • Resin is the natural choice for the wing membranes, facial features and clawed hands; FDM is workable but expect to clean up the thin wing webbing. • Consider printing the wings separately from the body and gluing after — it cuts support use dramatically and protects the delicate membranes. • Orient the body upright with supports under the chin, arms, horns and the underside of each wing; keep supports off the wing's top face. • Print at roughly 90–150 mm for a display figure, or scale down for tabletop use. • Prime dark, then glaze the wings with translucent reds or greys and drybrush the muscle and horn ridges to bring out the anatomy.
