Description

A snarling brute caught mid-lunge. Filed under routing but clearly a creature sculpt, this is a hunched, horned beast crouching low on shaggy, hoofed legs. Its cattle-like skull is dominated by a gaping, blade-toothed mouth ringed with tusks and jutting lower fangs, while stubby horns curl from the brow. Broad shoulders and a bare, sinewy torso give way to segmented forearm bracers and huge splayed claws that reach toward the viewer, frozen in an ambush pose. The dynamic stance makes it a natural monster-of-the-week for tabletop campaigns, a beast-handler's trophy on a painting shelf, or a menacing addition to a fantasy diorama. The asymmetric, coiled posture reads well from almost every angle. Print notes: • The overhanging jaw, tusks and outstretched claws want supports; tilt the model to keep contact points off the teeth and knuckles, and expect some cleanup between the fingers. • Resin at 25-35 microns captures the fur tufts on the ankles and the ridged bracers best. • If printing FDM, orient with the base of the feet flat, brace the forward-reaching arms, and print slow through the head. • Consider cutting the near arm at the bracer seam for easier support removal and cleaner painting of the palm. • A warm-brown basecoat with bone-toned tusks and a reddened maw sells the feral look.
