Description

A horned raider thunders forward on a wild steppe pony, bow in hand. This is a fully sculpted display figure, not a flat panel: a broad-shouldered barbarian in a horned, fur-trimmed helm sits astride a galloping horse, a long recurve bow curving up past his shoulder and a quiver strapped to his back. His braided beard, layered armour and the horse's flying mane are all modelled in the round, and the whole scene rides on a rugged rocky base littered with jagged shards and scattered skulls that add menace and stability. It is built to be a centrepiece — a painted display statue on a shelf, a hero or villain for a tabletop RPG or skirmish wargame, or a satisfying detail project for miniature painters. Print notes • Resin (SLA/DLP) is the sweet spot for the fine helm, bowstring and facial detail; FDM works at a larger scale. • Expect supports under the bow, the horse's belly, the tail and the outstretched limbs — keep the base flat and tilt slightly to protect the face. • Hollow the horse's body and add drain holes to save resin on larger prints. • Print the bow and rider separately for cleaner supports, then pin and glue at assembly.
