Description

A grizzled dwarf who let a skull do the talking on his helmet. Forget the filing code, this is a full character miniature. He stomps forward mid-stride, a heavy round-headed maul raised in one fist, his other hand steadying a hammer or flask at his hip. The standout is his towering conical helm: banded with rivets and topped by a spike, its front forged into a snarling skull that sits above his own hooded brow. Below flows an enormous braided beard, rope-thick and coiled, spilling over layered plate and a studded belt down to chunky stomping boots. He is built for the tabletop, a hero, champion or unit leader for fantasy skirmish games and RPG parties, but the exaggerated sculpt and deep undercuts also make him a rewarding paint-and-display piece for a shelf. Print notes • Resin (SLA/DLP) is the way to go: the beard braids, skull teeth and rivet bands are fine detail that FDM will blur. • Print at roughly 32mm scale for gaming, or blow him up to 75-100mm as a bust-style display bruiser. • Angle him around 30-45 degrees and support the raised maul, the underside of the beard and the boot soles; keep supports off the face and skull emblem. • Clean up in the deep beard channels with a soft brush before priming; a zenithal prime then drybrush really flatters all that rope-braided texture.
