It's a warm, cheerful figure with real personality in the stance. He belongs among the plant pots on a doorstep, tucked into a rockery or border, lined up on a windowsill, or printed small as a shelf ornament and a gift for anyone who loves a bit of cottage-garden whimsy. Print notes • The pointed hat is a natural top-of-print apex, so orient him upright and he needs very little support beyond the raised arm and boot overhangs. • Resin captures the beard and face crispness best; FDM at 0.12 mm still looks great once primed. • For an outdoor gnome, print in ASA or PETG, or resin-print then seal with a UV-stable clear coat before painting. • Hand-paint traditionally, red hat, blue coat, rosy cheeks, or leave him in a single stone or terracotta tone for a tasteful modern look. Scales up to a bold garden statue or down to a fairy-garden accent without losing his cheeky character.
