Description

A grim mountain-clan dwarf braced for a fight, a heavy hammer swinging in each fist. This is a stout, squared-off warrior figure with everything a dwarf sculpt should have: a tall conical helm ringed with rivets and a pair of goggle-like eye guards over a scowling brow, and an enormous forked beard that spills down his chest and tucks under a broad belt. His body is layered in overlapping scale and plate, the shoulders lost under a shaggy fur mantle, and both gauntleted hands grip blocky, angular war-mauls held out to either side as if he's daring you to step closer. Short, planted boots finish the pose — this dwarf is not going anywhere. He's built for the tabletop: a natural front-liner for a dwarven warband in fantasy skirmish games, a Dungeons & Dragons fighter or a shelf display for anyone who loves a classic bearded bruiser. Painters will enjoy the deep beard channels and armour edges that take a wash beautifully. Print notes • Resin/SLA is the sweet spot here — it holds the beard braids, rivets and scale texture that FDM tends to blur. • Add supports beneath the outstretched hammer heads, the beard overhang and the mantle fringe; a slight backward tilt keeps the face clean. • Sculpted around 28–32mm heroic scale, but scale up if you want a chunky bust or paint-practice piece. • On FDM, consider splitting the hammers at the wrists for strength and easier support removal.
