Description

A stout dwarf beats out the marching rhythm of his hold. Despite the file code, this model is a characterful dwarf drummer, not a flat routing pattern. He stands planted in a wide, stubborn stance, broad across the shoulders and heavy through the boots. A tall crested helm frames his face with an angular raised emblem stamped across the brow, and a magnificent forked beard tumbles down over layered plate armour and a studded leather kilt. One gauntleted fist hoists a round-headed beater high above his head; the other rests a second mallet across a barrel war drum slung at his hip. Every line of the pose reads as a regimental musician, the dwarf who keeps the shield wall moving in step. The sculpt rewards a close look: banded pauldrons, riveted plates, the coiled cord lashing the drum, and the deep woven texture of that beard all come through cleanly. He is built for fantasy wargamers, dwarf-army collectors and D&D players who want a warband with a bit of pageantry. Print notes: • Resin (SLA/DLP) gives the crispest beard and armour detail; scale him around 28-32mm to match rank-and-file troops. • Print at a slight back-tilt so the raised arm and the underside of the drum resolve without supports fighting the face. • Add light supports under the extended mallet, the drum, and the boot heels; keep the helmet crest support-light to protect the emblem. • A grey primer and a quick zenithal spray will show off the plate depth before you commit to colour.
