Bearded Dwarf Warhammer Bust

A grim dwarf stands sentinel, both fists locked over the haft of his hammer. This is a display bust: a broad-shouldered warrior in angular, faceted plate armour, a peaked helm pulled low over a long braided beard that spills down his chest. His arms are crossed and both gauntleted hands rest on the pommel of a great war-hammer planted head-down before him, the haft dropping like a column to the base. The figure sits on a stepped plinth stamped with a chevron rune — a stacked V emblem that reads as a clan or hold sigil. The stylised, low-poly faceting gives it a carved-from-granite feel, so it shows well as a shelf bust, a painting-project centrepiece, or a gift for anyone who loves a stout fantasy dwarf. At the machine: • Resin captures the sharpest facets and beard braids, but the flat planes of this design also print cleanly on a good FDM machine at 0.12 mm. • Stand it upright on the plinth and add supports under the crossed forearms and the hammer head, keeping the front of the face and beard clear. • The plinth rune is shallow — a wash of dark paint wiped back off the raised faces makes it read instantly. • Scaling up for a mantelpiece? Hollow the body and add a drain hole to save resin and ease cure stress.
