Description

A stone-tough dwarf berserker, twin axes low and ready over a fallen skull. This is a tabletop miniature, not a wall panel: a broad-shouldered mountain warrior planted in a wide stance, clad in layered plate pauldrons, a studded belt with a rondel buckle, wrapped shins and heavy boots. A long braided beard spills over his breastplate from beneath a riveted, nose-guarded helm, and he grips a single-bladed axe in each fist. Underfoot, a cracked skull rests on the integral round base — the classic "I've been here a while" victory pose. He's built for 28–32 mm fantasy wargaming and RPG parties: a dwarf fighter, slayer or clan champion for the tabletop, or a satisfying paint-and-display bust-up if you scale him larger. The musculature and armour plating give plenty of raised zones to catch drybrushing, and the recessed straps and beard braids drink up a wash beautifully. Print notes • Resin is the way to go for crisp facial and armour detail at gaming scale; slice at 0.025–0.05 mm. • Expect supports under both axe heads, the outstretched forearms and the beard overhang — a medium auto-support with hand-tweaked tips keeps the blades clean. • Print at a slight tilt to spread the axe-head overhangs and avoid a big flat suction face on the base. • Prime black or grey, then leather-brown the straps, steel the plate and axes, and warm-tone the beard; a sepia wash pops all the sculpted grooves.
