Bearded Dwarf With Tankard And Hammer

A hearty dwarf raising a toast with a hammer close to hand. The label says routing, but this is a fully sculpted tabletop miniature: a broad, hooded dwarf with a long braided beard, hoisting a foaming wooden tankard in one hand while the other rests on the haft of a boulder-headed warhammer planted at his feet. He wears layered plate pauldrons, a belted tunic with a runic buckle and a scaled leather skirt, and stands on a rocky, cobbled round base. Eyes closed, mid-cheer — pure tavern hero. He suits fantasy RPG parties, a brewer or innkeeper NPC, or simply a characterful painting project for the display cabinet. Print notes • Resin (MSLA) is the way to catch the beard braids, scale mail and the rivets on the tankard; FDM only holds up if you scale him well above 28 mm. • Support under the raised tankard arm, the hammer head, the chin and the overhanging pauldrons; the integral base gives him a stable footing. • Prints cleanly at 28–32 mm heroic scale for the tabletop, or enlarge to 75–100 mm as a bust-quality display figure. • Hollow larger resin prints and add a vent hole under the base. A little cleanup around the beard and tankard rim is all he needs before priming.
