Bearded Dwarf Warrior Miniature

A squat, iron-jawed dwarf planted like a boulder, staff in one fist and a round shield in the other. This is a characterful tabletop figure of a bearded warrior. He wears a domed, crested helm pulled low, and a long braided beard spills over a shirt of scale or ringmail; studded leather tassets hang at his waist and armoured knee-plates cap his stubby, wide-set legs. In his right hand he grips a tall banded staff or hafted mace, and his left arm carries a concentric round shield with a raised boss. The pose is stubborn and grounded — feet apart, weight low — exactly the look you want for a stalwart front-line defender. He is built for the tabletop: dungeon crawls, fantasy skirmish wargames, D&D and other RPGs, or simply as a painting project and shelf piece. Field him as a hold-guardian, hearthguard or dwarf militiaman. Print / carve notes • A resin (MSLA) printer is the right call here — it captures the scale-mail texture, beard braids and shield rings that FDM tends to blur. • Print upright and add supports under the shield rim, the staff, the overhanging beard and the underside of the tassets. • Standard heroic scale is roughly 28–32 mm to the eye; scale up if you want a display-sized figure. • Hollow the torso with a couple of drain holes to save resin and reduce suction on the plate.
