Shouldered-Axe Dwarf Warrior

Print notes • Resin gives the cleanest beard braids, armour engraving and axe edge; FDM works at larger scale but softens the fine detail. • The horizontally held axe is a long overhang, so support the haft and blade well or split the axe to print flat and glue back. • Print at 28-32mm for gaming, or scale up for a display piece where the armour scrollwork really shows. • Prime grey, wash the recesses to pop the beard and chainmail, then drybrush metals and a warm skin tone for the classic dwarf look.
