Shield-Bearing Dwarf Warrior Miniature

A stout dwarf who plants his feet and dares the horde to come. This chunky warrior stands helm-down and grim: a riveted domed helmet with a broad nasal guard, a huge fan-shaped beard braided into thick ropes spilling over ringmail, and a belted gut that says he has held this line a hundred times. In his right fist a broad single-bit battle-axe with an engraved cheek; on his left arm a round, boss-centred shield ringed with rivets around the rim. He is sculpted in a stylised, heroic "fat mini" proportion — big head, big hands, exaggerated character — ideal for tabletop skirmish, an RPG party member, a painting project or a chunky desk mascot. Print notes • Resin (SLA/DLP) gives the cleanest beard strands, rivets and axe engraving; print at a slight tilt with the shield face angled away, and add light supports under the axe head and the beard overhang. • FDM at 0.12mm also holds up well at 32–54mm; a brim helps the small feet stay put. • The axe and shield read as separate silhouettes — orient the model so the gap between arm and body drains and supports cleanly. • Scale up to 75–100mm for a display bust; the face detail rewards the extra size.
