Axe-Bearing Mountain Dwarf Miniature

A grizzled mountain dwarf shoulders a broad-bladed axe. This is a characterful dwarf warrior miniature, sculpted mid-stance on a round display base. Everything about him says stubborn veteran: a heavy, furrowed brow; a long beard combed into thick braided ropes; broad plated pauldrons; and a segmented war-skirt of overlapping plates over armoured boots planted wide apart. In both gauntleted hands he hauls a massive single-bit battle-axe up across his chest, the crescent blade swept back over one shoulder as if he is about to bring it down. The unpainted grey render shows off the crisp armour panels and the deep cut of the beard. It is made for tabletop role-playing and fantasy wargaming — a player character, an NPC smith or reaver, or a rank-and-file fighter in a dwarven warband. Print notes • Best on a resin printer at 28–32mm heroic scale to hold the beard braids, knuckles and axe edge. • Supports are essential under the overhanging axe head, the forearms and the beard tip; print at a slight tilt to protect the face. • The integral base means no extra basing is needed, though you can cut it free and re-base to match your collection. • Prime black or grey, then layer metallics on the armour and a warm tone through the beard.
