Axe-Bearing Dwarf Warrior Bust

A stout dwarf warrior, resting both hands on the haft of his axe. This bust shows a broad-shouldered dwarf in a domed helmet, his enormous braided beard tumbling over a chainmail shirt in three great plaited ropes. He stands square, gauntleted hands stacked on the pommel of a heavy single-bit axe planted before him, while a round shield at his side bears a carved emblem — a war-hammer or anvil motif picked out in relief.
