Description

A chunky band with a chiselled, gem-cut skin — all flat planes and no curves on the outside. Forget the mandala tags; this is a wide, faceted ring. The outer wall is a run of angular low-poly facets that catch light like a rough-cut stone, while the inner bore stays smooth and cylindrical. The proportions — a broad band around a generous opening — read as a statement napkin ring or a bold cuff-style bangle, with that modern, sculptural, faceted look that suits contemporary tablescapes and minimalist decor. Use it on the table to gather a folded napkin for a dinner setting, group a set in matching or contrasting filaments, or scale the model up as an oversized bangle. Multiples look great in a row, each facet throwing slightly different highlights. Print notes • Print with the ring axis vertical (band standing on the bed) so the round bore comes out true and support-free; a small brim helps the narrow footprint stay put. • If you print it lying down, expect supports inside the bore and a flat spot to sand. • Facets show layer lines honestly — lean into it with a metallic or stone-effect filament, or knock the edges back with a light sanding for a matte finish. • Walls are already thick, so 3–4 perimeters and 15% infill are plenty; check the inner diameter against your napkins or wrist before committing to a full set.
