Ornate Cross Band Ring

A wide statement band wrapped in a beaded cross and rosette medallions. Rather than the lattice the tags suggest, this model is a chunky decorative ring. The outer wall of the band carries a raised composition in relief: a central cross with beaded, flared arms sits framed like a shield, flanked by circular rosette bosses and short runs of knotwork that carry the pattern the whole way round the band. The interior is a clean, comfortable barrel; the tiny nubs visible inside are print/casting supports, not part of the design. It suits a few routes — a bold pewter or silver statement ring, a cast piece for a jeweller, a signet-style prop for cosplay, or a resin memento with a devotional, Celtic or gothic flavour. Print / casting notes • For wax-casting, print in castable resin, support from the inner wall, and hollow-check the band thickness for your target metal. • For a wearable direct print, scale to your finger size first (measure inner diameter against a ring-size chart) before slicing. • Print the band axis vertical so the relief faces cure evenly and the outer detail stays crisp. • Clean the inner supports flush and sand the bore smooth so it sits comfortably. A small piece with a lot of surface story — best appreciated when the cross and rosettes are picked out with a dark patina.
