Description

A ready-to-set solitaire, waiting for its stone. This is a jewellery mount rather than a finished ring: a round prong head rises on a small gallery, framed to cradle a single round centre stone, while the tapering shank is dressed on each shoulder with neat rows of tiny beads and accent seats for a milgrain or pave look. The clean, symmetrical setting is modelled for casting, with the prongs and bead-work already defined for the caster and setter. It is aimed at jewellers, casters and CAD hobbyists producing engagement or dress rings, and it works equally as a base to customise — swap the head size, adjust the shank width or add stones along the shoulders. Print / cast notes • Print in castable resin at the finest layer height your printer allows to keep the prongs and beading sharp. • Orient the ring on its side or angled with supports on the shank interior, keeping the prong tips support-free where possible. • Check and resize the shank diameter to your finger sizing before printing. • After casting, the prongs are left slightly long for the setter to trim and bend over the seated stone.
