Openwork Lattice Napkin Ring Pair

Two slim bands wrapped in a rhythm of interlocking curves. This set is a pair of matching openwork rings — cylindrical bands pierced with a repeating lattice of curved, lens-shaped cut-outs that link into a continuous chain around the circumference. The negative space does the decorating: solid pinched bars alternate with almond-shaped openings, giving each band a light, woven look that catches the light along its rounded edges. They read as napkin rings or candle-surround collars, and at a smaller diameter they would make bold statement cuff bracelets. Set a pair, or a run of six, along a dinner table for a modern, tactile place setting, or slip them over a pillar candle or a plain glass votive to dress it up. Because the pattern is symmetrical top to bottom, there is no wrong way to stand them. Print notes • Print standing on end with the ring axis vertical so the cut-outs form cleanly without bridging; no supports are needed in this orientation. • FDM at 0.16mm with 3 perimeters keeps the thin bars strong, and a fine nozzle sharpens the pointed openings. • For napkin rings, size to roughly 45–50mm inner diameter; for cuffs, measure the wearer and add clearance. • Spiral/vase mode will not suit the pierced pattern — print solid walls, then lightly chamfer-sand the rims for a comfortable, finished edge.
