Knotted Ribbon Napkin Ring

A simple band cinched with a knot that bursts into splayed ribbon ends. This is a smooth, rounded ring — an open oval band with a softly bevelled inner edge — caught at one point by a small central knot. From that knot a cluster of slender, dowel-like tendrils fans outward and curls back, like the loose tails of a tied ribbon or a sheaf bound with cord. The forms are clean and tubular with no sharp corners, so the piece reads as playful and tactile rather than fussy. At this scale it works beautifully as a napkin ring for a dressed table, but the same shape suits a curtain tie-back accent, a decorative serviette holder for a wedding or dinner party, or a quirky desk ring to corral cables and bands.
