This is a genuine furniture workhorse — a table or console leg, a stair baluster, a bed post, or even a tall lamp stem. Cut or print a matching set of four and it defines the whole piece. CNC / print notes • Built for a 4-axis rotary machine or lathe duplication; the fluting needs a fine stepover to stay sharp all the way down. • Prefer FDM? Print it upright — split it into sections if it exceeds your Z height — and run a dowel through the centre for strength. • Keep the tenon foot at full diameter for a snug mortise, and scale the overall length to match your existing furniture.
