Description

Caught at the very top of the kick. This martial-arts figure freezes a fighter at full extension — one leg whipped high and straight into a side kick, the supporting foot planted flat on a round disc base, torso coiled and both hands drawn in tight to guard the centreline. A knotted headband trails behind, and loose gi trousers break into sharp creases as the hip drives through. It's sculpted in a deliberately faceted, low-poly style, all crisp planes and angular muscle that catch the light dramatically from any side. Despite sitting under a routing label, this is very much a three-dimensional display statue — a natural trophy or shelf piece for a karate, taekwondo or kickboxing enthusiast, or a coach's-gift centrepiece. Print guidance: • That extended leg is the challenge: orient the model so it isn't fully horizontal, and support generously beneath it and the trailing arm. • The integrated base is a gift — it keeps the single-foot stance stable, so print it as one with the figure. • Resin nails the low-poly edges; on FDM, a 0.12 mm layer keeps the flat facets reading as intended. • Leave it raw stone-grey for a sculptural look, or paint the gi white against bronzed skin for a lifelike trophy. • Scales happily from a 60 mm token to a 200 mm mantel statue.
