Description
A pure, quiet circle: a shallow dished bowl with nothing to distract from its form. This is a plain round vessel, a smooth concave well scooped into a disc and ringed by a slim raised lip. Nothing is cut into it, which makes it read as a blank or a base form, the shape you start from before adding your own inlay, engraving or resin pour, or simply a minimalist bowl to leave as-is. Practically it works as a catch-all dish for keys and coins, a ring or trinket tray, a candle plate, or a turned-look bowl for a shelf. Because the surface is unadorned it is also an ideal canvas for a routed monogram, a filled epoxy river, or a laser-etched design added later. Print notes • On a CNC it can be cut from a solid blank with a ball-nose scooping the well; leave the rim slightly proud for a clean edge. • For epoxy or resin inlay, seal the timber first so the pour does not wick into the grain. • 3D printed, it stands flat and support-free; use a fine layer height or iron the top so the inner bowl looks smooth. • Widen the wall or add a foot ring underneath if you want it to hold liquid or sit without rocking.
