Interlocking Running-Bond Brick Wall Panel

A little slice of masonry you can print by the metre. Don't let the code name fool you — this is a brick wall relief panel, not a lattice or mandala. It's a rectangular slab laid in classic running-bond brickwork, each brick given a subtly rough, weathered face and separated by recessed mortar lines. The clever part is the edges: interlocking tabs and slots run along the left and right sides so panels can be chained together into a continuous, seamless wall of any length. That makes it a workhorse for diorama builders, model-railway scenery, wargaming terrain and dolls'-house facades — anywhere you need convincing brick without hand-scribing it. It also reads well as a standalone textured tile for a coaster, a sample board or a bit of miniature streetscape. Print notes • Lay it flat, brick-face up; the shallow relief prints cleanly with no supports. • A 0.4mm nozzle at 0.12–0.16mm layers keeps the mortar joints crisp; go finer for small scales. • Tile several copies edge-to-edge in your slicer to check the seams line up before committing to a long run. • Finish with a terracotta or buff base coat, a dark wash into the mortar and a dry-brushed highlight on the brick faces for instant realism. Scale it up for a bold decorative wall tile or down for N/OO gauge — the interlocking design holds together either way.
