Button-Tufted Leather Wall Panel

Buttoned leather luxury, rendered as a tileable wall panel. This model recreates the look of capitonné — deep button-tufted upholstery: a two-by-two block of plump square cushions, each drawn inward to a small square button at its centre so the surface pleats into soft diagonal folds radiating from every button. The result is that padded, quilted headboard texture, all curves and creases, captured as a solid panel that repeats edge-to-edge with no visible join. It's a decorator's piece: run it as a feature wall, a headboard face, a bar or reception front, cabinet-door inserts, or ceiling tiles for an instant boutique-hotel feel. Print / machine notes • Fully tileable — the fold pattern lines up on all four edges, so you can array as many panels as the wall needs. • On a CNC, a ball-nose bit with a modest stepover gives the smooth, pillowy surface; skip the V-bit here, the soft curves matter more than crisp edges. • Great in MDF or foam for painting, or resin-cast for repeat production runs. • Keep panel thickness consistent so tiled sheets sit flush, and prime and fill before a satin or leather-look paint finish.
