Geometric Circuit Relief Wall Panel

A single square tile where blocks and channels lock together like a city seen from above. This decorative wall panel is built from crisp, flat-topped rectangular plateaus separated by rounded, flowing channels that bend at soft right angles — part circuit board, part transit map, part modernist maze. The relief is shallow and architectural: the raised pads catch the light while the recessed tracks fall into shadow, so the whole pattern shifts as the sun or a lamp moves across it. It is designed to tile. The channels run right to the edges so multiple panels butt together into one continuous woven surface. Use a single tile as standalone wall art, or a grid of them as a feature wall, a headboard backer or a cabinet-door insert. Cutting & printing: • Print flat, relief-up, with no supports needed — the channels are simply open troughs. • A textured or matte build plate gives the flat pads a pleasing cast-concrete finish straight off the bed. • For a seamless feature wall, keep the same print orientation on every tile so the layer-line sheen stays consistent panel to panel. • On a CNC router this is a natural fit: rough with a 6 mm end mill, then chase the channels with a ball nose for the soft-cornered profile. MDF, foam board or hardwood all work, and paint plus a sanding-block highlight across the raised pads makes the geometry jump.
