Trigger-Grip Squeeze Bar Clamp

A one-handed grip built for the workbench — trigger, guard and all. The render shows a chunky, functional tool rather than the tray or mandala the tags suggest. At the heart of it is a pistol grip finished with diagonal checkering for a no-slip hold, wrapped by an enclosed trigger guard. The left end is a squared block — a fixed jaw or body — pierced by a rectangular window and stamped with a small maker's emblem, while a long flat arm reaches out to the right and finishes in a shallow, scooped pad. Read together it looks very much like a trigger-operated bar clamp or squeeze grip, the kind of quick-grab helper you keep within reach of the vice. It suits makers who like printing their own shop gear, and anyone after a sturdy, mechanical-looking model to finish and actually use. (Worth noting: it's filed under CNC routing, but the file is a solid, fully modelled STL meant for 3D printing.) Print notes: • Lay the long arm flat on the bed so the layer lines run along its length — that's where the strength needs to be. • Bump the grip to 40%+ infill for a hand that won't flex; PETG or ABS beats PLA if it will carry any clamping load. • The trigger and the underside of the guard want light supports; a brim keeps the tall block from lifting.
