Skull-and-Wings Battle Axe

A double-bladed battle axe crowned with a fanged skull and swept, bat-like wings. Front and centre sits a grimacing skull set over crossed bones; behind it sweep two broad, feathered axe blades edged with nicks and battle-wear, while a chunky wrapped haft drops to a faceted, jewelled pommel. Mount it above a games table, add it to a tabletop hero's loadout at scale, or finish it as a mantel piece. Cut & print notes • For FDM, split at the head/haft join and print flat on the back; the wing tips and skull undercuts need supports, and tree supports keep the blade faces clean. • Resin captures the skull's teeth and the feather detail best at display scale. • For CNC relief, run a 1/4" roughing pass then a tapered ball-nose finish to hold the eye sockets and wing veins. • Prime and dry-brush pewter or bronze over black, then a bone wash on the skull for instant grimdark menace.
