Demon-Skull Fantasy Greatsword

A hell-forged greatsword bristling with fangs, bone and a screaming demon skull. This is a full-on fantasy blade sculpted for maximum menace. The double-edged blade is deeply serrated and splits toward the tip into a pair of curved fang-like prongs. Set into a cavity along the fuller is a knotted cluster of tiny skulls, framed by jagged barbs that jut from both edges like thorns. Where blade meets hilt, a horned demon skull forms the crossguard, jaws open around the ricasso, and below it a ribbed, wrapped grip runs down to a cleft, arrow-shaped pommel. It is theatrical, barbaric and clearly a display object rather than a functional weapon. Great as a cosplay prop, a wall-mounted display piece, an oversized tabletop hero weapon, or a shelf centrepiece for fans of dark fantasy and heavy metal aesthetics. Print notes: • Resin captures the skulls, fangs and barbed edges best; FDM works at larger scale if you accept softer micro-detail. • For a cosplay-length prop, slice the blade vertically and split into blade / guard / grip sections, then pin and glue — this also improves strength along the print lines. • Expect supports on the outward-facing spikes and the underside of the demon skull; add a raft or brim for the tall vertical orientation. • Prime, then drybrush bone and steel tones, wash the recesses dark, and gloss the edge for a wicked sheen.
