Description
A fierce eagle's head sweeping back into a sculpted grip. Despite carrying a catalogue code for a title, this model is unmistakably a bird-of-prey head handle: a sharply hooked beak, a heavy brow and a slightly open, snarling mouth at the front, with the crown flowing back into a long, tapering curved shaft. That silhouette makes it a natural walking-cane or umbrella handle, a bold decorative drawer pull, or the pommel and grip for a fantasy prop or letter opener. The surface is smooth and sculptural — clean, sweeping planes rather than fussy feather detail — so it comes across as stylised and confident. The graceful curve of the back is the standout: it fills the hand and gives the whole piece a sense of forward motion, as if the raptor is mid-dive. Print notes: • Orient it on its side and support the underside of the beak and the tip of the tail; those are the main overhangs. • Resin (SLA) captures the crisp beak edge best; FDM at 0.12 mm also does well followed by a light sand. • If it's a functional handle, print solid or at high infill and consider a metal rod down the shaft for strength. • Prime and paint in bronze or pewter tones for a cast-metal look, or gild the beak for contrast.
